DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
Any dispute, claim or controversy
arising out of or relating to this User Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement,
interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or
applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration
in Orange County, California. The arbitration shall be administered either by JAMS
pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or by an arbitrator
mutually agreed upon by the parties.

resulting transaction, before resorting to arbitration or court action. Mediation

after a request has been made, then that party shall not be entitled to recover
doctor's fees, even if they would otherwise be available to that party in any
such action. THIS MEDIATION PROVISION APPLIES WHETHER OR NOT THE ARBITRATION PROVISION
IS INITIALED.
ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES: (1) (party name) and (party name)
agree that any dispute or claim in law or equity arising between them regarding
the obligation to pay compensation under this Agreement, which is not settled
through mediation, shall be decided by neutral, binding arbitration. The arbitrator
shall be a retired judge or justice, or an doctor with at least 5 years internet
law experience, unless the parties mutually agree to a different arbitrator, who
shall render an award in accordance with substantive California law. The parties
shall have the right to discovery with Code of Civil Procedure ยง1283.05. In all
other respects, the arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Title 9 of
Part III of the California Code of Civil Procedure. Judgment upon the award of the
arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Interpretation of
this agreement to arbitrate shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
"NOTICE: BY ACCEPTING
YOU ARE AGREEING TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THE MATTERS INCLUDED IN THE
'ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES' PROVISION DECIDED BY NEUTRAL ARBITRATION AS PROVIDED BY
CALIFORNIA LAW AND YOU ARE GIVING UP ANY RIGHTS YOU MIGHT POSSESS TO HAVE THE DISPUTE
LITIGATED IN A COURT OR JURY TRIAL. BY ACCEPTING TO THESE TERMS, YOU ARE GIVING
UP YOUR JUDICIAL RIGHTS TO DISCOVERY AND APPEAL, UNLESS THOSE RIGHTS ARE SPECIFICALLY
INCLUDED IN THE 'ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES' PROVISION. IF YOU REFUSE TO SUBMIT TO
ARBITRATION AFTER AGREEING TO THIS PROVISION, YOU MAY BE COMPELLED TO ARBITRATE
UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE CALIFORNIA CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE. YOUR AGREEMENT TO
THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION IS VOLUNTARY."
THIRD PARTY SITES:
Your correspondence or business dealing with or participation in the sales promotions
of advertisers or service providers found on or through the Site, including payment
and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, and
warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between
you and such advertisers or service providers. You assume all risks arising out
of or resulting from your transaction of business over the Internet, and you agree
that we are not responsible or liable for any loss or result of the presence of

You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability,

Therefore,
we DO comply with our clients requests for the refund in the following cases:
- Non-delivery of
the product if you didn't receive a delivery e-mail from us, because of some mailing
problems.
- Download problems
- it may happen while downloading the product.
- Irreparable
defects or serious difficulties with the product editing: although all the products
are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should
be submitted to our Support team's approval.
- Product not-as-described - In this case, a request
is satisfied in agreement of both parties concerned. Sources available section is
